NEPERIA GROUP SRL Company has started an investment program to enable a business technological and digital transformation, with the aim of implementing a common, flexible, scalable and open-by-design Cloud IT infrastructure, to share data, information and applications through Internet. In doing so, the transformation of business models can be followed with flexibility, continuous releases of services with life cycles reduced to months, progressive innovation, and transversality. Further attention is paid to the interoperability of solutions, even heterogeneous ones, both customized and non-customized, leaping towards new digital processes and new methods of interaction between companies, citizens, and public administration. The advantages are numerous, for it is possible to:
- Reduce the time needed to process bureaucratic procedures by at least 30%;
- Automate the transferability of information between professionals and clients;
- Manage deadlines in a centralized, precise, and punctual manner;
- Communicate in real time with the client;
- Acquire and process data in order to evaluate, and possibly improve, customer service and the work of internal resources;
- Acquire and process data to support professionals and clients in business decisions;
- Improve customer loyalty, thanks to the increase in the percentage of satisfaction with the services offered;
- Increase the percentage of acquisition of new clients progressively and proportionally to the development of the platform. In particular, an increase in the acquisition of new customers is expected of 15% in the first year, 25% in the second, and 30% from the third onwards.
